We have recently identified that a significant portion of our utility customer contact information is outdated or inaccurate. We must have your current contact details to ensure we can communicate effectively, especially during critical times. This includes reaching out to you in the event of a water outage, informing you about mandated conservation measures, providing emergency information, or addressing billing issues.

2. Call Customer Service: Prefer to speak with someone? No problem. Dial 209-736-2181 to connect with our Customer Service team. They are available to update your information over the phone.

Welcome to the City's NEW easy to use Customer Portals

You can now submit applications for new or renewal Business Licenses, Building Permits, Planning Applications, Fire-related inspection requests, Fire/Burn Permits, and Code Compliance complaints with the ease of a button! Payments can be handled online (with a small processing fee), saving you the hassle of coming into the office or writing a check.

The City Council approved a utility assistance program to help low-income customers.

To fill out an application, call 209-736-2181 or email COA@Angelscamp.gov. The program has limited funding, based on annual funding, as determined by City Council.
